Welcome to The Liko Collective, a modern law firm that challenges the conventions of traditional thinking for legal, business, and private equity services.

We are dedicated to creative problem solving, presenting candid advice and risk assessment, and exhausting every possibility when advising clients.

We achieve this principally through relationship building and transparency.

We endeavor to foster long-term, sustainable alliances with our clients. We are an extension of you. As such, it is our priority to ensure we are always in tune with your needs and objectives. To achieve this, we dedicate time to check in with all of our clients to discuss how we are meeting your needs through our engagement. This aligns our team with yours, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding business objectives, strategies, and next steps.

We collaborate with our clients to determine pricing, timing, outcomes, and expectations. By doing so, we hope to achieve cost certainty for our clients. You should always know what you are paying for, and be confident that the value received greatly outweighs the cost expended.

At the end of the day, it’s all about you. Your goals, your needs, your investments. In all that we do, we strive to keep this our first and foremost priority.
